You'll find Bryn Eisteddfod in some of the most beautiful countryside in Wales. We are situated approximately 9 miles south of Caernarfon on the A499 Caernarfon to Pwllheli road, just outside the small village of Clynnog Fawr

Travelling from Caernarfon, follow the A487 signposted Porthmadog. Look for a Vauxhall dealership on your right at Dinas. At the next 2 roundabouts after the dealership take the exit signposted Pwllheli, A499. Continue on this road for approximately 6 miles, passing through Pontllyfni, when soon after the road narrows. Look out for our sign, "Bryn Eisteddfod Hotel 300 metres". The Hotel entrance has an illuminated sign. However, if you accidentally pass the entrance, just take the next left, continue up the road for about 400 metres and turn left into the Hotel car park

From Porthmadog, continue to the end of the High Street. Take the A497 for 7.5 miles through Criccieth towards Pwllheli. Take the right turn on to the B4354, signposted Nefyn, and continue for approximately 3.5 miles to Y Ffor (Four Crosses). Turn right on to the A499 towards Caernarfon for approximately 8 miles until you reach the village of Clynnog Fawr. Pass St Beuno's Church on the left, then turn right immediately past the Y Beuno pub (Black & gold sign boards). Continue up the road for about 400 metres and turn left into the Hotel car park
