Melody and Dink bought Bryn Eisteddfod in 2006 and offer you a relaxing place to eat, drink and be merry

Melody is very "hands on" in the background (although she does enjoy a good chat with guests in the bar). She attends to all the things you cannot see

You will always find Dink at the "front of house" ready to welcome you and make your stay as enjoyable as possible ..... whether its organising that special event, helping to book your favourite room or serving you at the bar

Roger is Bryn Eisteddfod's extemely talented chef ..... equally at home preparing that special intimate meal or laying on a celebratory banquet ......you may not often see Roger as he is usually to be found slaving over a hot stove!
