Melody is very "hands on" in the background (although she does enjoy a good chat with guests in the bar). She attends to all the things you cannot see ....... sous-chef to Roger, IT wizard extraordinaire, events organiser and much more ...

You will always find Tracey at the "front of house" ready to welcome you and make your stay as enjoyable as possible ..... whether its helping to book your favourite room or serving you at the bar

Roger is Bryn Eisteddfod's extemely talented chef ..... equally at home preparing that special intimate meal or laying on a celebratory banquet ......you may not often see Roger as he is usually to be found slaving over a hot stove!
